• Gift transactions are excluded
• Hotel rooms, flats, villas, and townhouses are included
• The report data is from 1st Jan to 14th Oct 2023

Top 15 areas with the highest counts of sales transactions

As per the above table it can be concluded that Jumeirah village circle followed by the business bay and Dubai Creek harbor, and Dubai Maria has the highest number of transactions in 2023. Hence, it would be a great starting point for a real estate agent as there are plenty of fish in the sea.

On the other hand, it is important to consider the transaction value as which areas are having the heights transactions values which will translate into higher commission for the real estate agent:

Top 15 areas with the highest AED sales transactions in Dubai

Although Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) is the first area in transaction counts, it is the fourth area in the top 15 areas of transaction value. the first area with the highest sales amount is Palm Jumeirah. It is notable that Burj Khalifa and Dubai marina have the highest transaction amount for the ready projects and however Marsa Dubai and Dubai Harbor as well as Palm Jumeirah, Burj Khalifa, Dubai Creek Harbor, and Business Bay have the highest sales in off plan projects.
